light manufacturing building - hocking valley regional development district

The prototype facility set forth for the light manufacturing building is designed for both flexibility and efficiency.  The building is a clear-span design permitting maximum usage of floorspace without interference from interior columns.  Bays are 20' in width and are engineered to permit expansion from either endwall of the building.  The 24' eave height allows for significant interior height for most any light manufacturing process.  Two large overhead doors provide easy access for receiving materials and shipping of finished goods.  Approximately 600 square feet of space has been allotted for staff support areas.  This pre-engineered metal structure along with its pre-designed electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems have been designed to meet the requirements of the Ohio Basic Building Code.
