heavy manufacturing building - hocking valley regional development district

Designed to meet the requirements of heavy production, the heavy manufacturing building is a multi-span structure with interior columns spaced to maximize the building's span but still permit workplace flexibility.  This pre-engineered metal structure is expandable from either endwall and contains sufficient interior clear height to allow maximum production flexibility.  A section of the building has been set aside for support services.  Overhead doors have been incorporated in a manner to permit ingress and egress either at ground level or at dock height.  The entire facility including structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing components meet the mandates of the Ohio Basic Building Code.
