Designed to meet the very diverse requirements of the commercial market, the commercial building can accommodate a wide variety of occupants from offices to retail to process assembly.  Utilizing a single slope roof line, this pre-engineered metal facility is clear span to permit maximum interior flexibility and incorporates expandable end walls for future expansion.  The building's "customer friendly" appearance is enhanced by large front windows and double glass entrance doors.  The interior is laid-out to permit multiple uses coupled with a staff support area.  All Ohio Basic Building Code Requirements are incorporated within the building's structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing designs.
