The Buckeye Hills-Hocking Valley Regional Development District (BH-HVRDD) is an 8 county public regional planning and economic development agency that incorporates a unique partnership of federal, state, and local government programs to foster regional development.

Buckeye Hills serves eight (8) counties in southeastern Ohio: Athens, Hocking, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Noble, Perry, and Washington.  The goal of the Virtual Building website is to enable our counties to market their industrial sites to a business or industry, resulting in the creation of jobs.
